Care & Use
Use It Right.
Keep It Working.
Simple care and use guidelines for VORTIXLA printed products, workshop accessories, mounts, holders, and custom parts.
Product-specific instructions should always be followed first.Safety, Fitment, And Responsibility
VORTIXLA products are intended for organization, storage, mounting, and convenience use only. The customer is responsible for confirming the product fits the intended item, vehicle, tool, wall, workbench, shelf, mounting surface, environment, and load before installation or use.
Do not use VORTIXLA products for life-safety, lifting, towing, restraint, fall protection, vehicle structural support, child-safety, or any critical application where failure could cause injury, property damage, or loss. VORTIXLA is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, overloading, modification, misuse, incompatible items, customer-provided files, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Cleaning
Most VORTIXLA products can be cleaned with a dry or lightly damp cloth. For heavier shop dust, use mild soap and water, then dry the part before returning it to use.
- Do not use harsh solvents unless specifically approved for the material.
- Do not soak parts for extended periods.
- Do not use heat guns, torches, or open flame to clean or reshape parts.
Normal Use
Use each product only for the purpose described on the product page or approved quote. Functional printed parts are designed around expected use, not unlimited load, impact, heat, or abuse.
- Do not stand, climb, pull, pry, or hang body weight from printed parts.
- Do not overload holders, hooks, brackets, trays, or mounts.
- Do not force a tool, battery, or accessory into a holder if it does not fit correctly.
- Do not modify parts unless VORTIXLA has confirmed that modification is appropriate.
Items Stored In Or On VORTIXLA Products
Before placing a tool, battery, device, cup, phone, hat, accessory, or personal item in or on a VORTIXLA product, confirm the item fits naturally and is supported as intended. VORTIXLA is not responsible for damage to items caused by drops, shifting, heat, vibration, impact, improper fit, overloading, installation choices, or use in a moving vehicle or work area where the item is not secure.
Heat and Storage
Keep printed parts away from extreme heat, direct flame, and environments beyond the intended use. Garages and workshops can become hot, so check product-specific material notes when available.
Inspection
Periodically check installed parts for loose mounting hardware, cracks, bending, warping, unusual movement, or wear. Stop using any part that appears damaged or no longer holds the item securely.
