These policies explain what to expect from processing through delivery, including cancellations, approved returns, damaged shipments, and support.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless a product listing or order confirmation states otherwise. Made-to-order items, custom work, launches, and high-demand periods may require additional time.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated dates are not guarantees.

Shipping Locations And Addresses

VORTIXLA currently ships within the United States unless another region is offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact VORTIXLA immediately if an address correction is needed. An address may not be changed after an order has entered production, been packed, or been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Charges And Taxes

Customers pay shipping charges and applicable taxes unless a product listing, promotion, or written agreement states otherwise. Available shipping services and the amount due will be shown by the active sales channel before the order is submitted.

Tracking, Delays, And Lost Packages

Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Carrier scans and delivery estimates may be delayed or incomplete.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery that you cannot locate, contact VORTIXLA and the carrier promptly. VORTIXLA will assist with available carrier procedures, but carrier investigations and claim decisions may take time.

If VORTIXLA cannot ship within the stated processing period, customers will be notified of the delay and given the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised shipment date or canceling for a prompt refund.

Order Changes And Cancellations

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. Approval depends on whether production, customization, packing, or shipping has begun.

Made-to-order or custom work may not be changeable or cancellable after materials, machine time, or production have been committed.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

Inspect the shipment after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact VORTIXLA support within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order information and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Keep the product and packaging until VORTIXLA provides instructions. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include troubleshooting, replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Returns And Return Authorization

Return requests for eligible standard products must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact VORTIXLA before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

For a non-defective return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with its original components and protective packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable unless VORTIXLA made an error or applicable law requires otherwise.

VORTIXLA does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return that meets these conditions. Items returned incomplete, damaged, installed, modified, or outside the approved process may be refused or may receive a reduced refund reflecting lost value.

Made-To-Order And Custom Products

Made-to-order, personalized, modified, or custom-printed products are generally not eligible for return because they are produced for a specific request. This does not limit remedies for verified damage, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect item.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item or documented issue has been reviewed. Payment providers and financial institutions may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges And Returned Packages

VORTIXLA does not currently offer automatic exchanges. When appropriate, support may arrange a return and a separate replacement order. Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or non-collection may require additional shipping payment before reshipment. Refund eligibility is determined after the returned package is received and reviewed.

90-Day Workmanship Warranty

Standard VORTIXLA products include a limited 90-day workmanship warranty beginning on the delivery date. It covers verified manufacturing defects that prevent the product from performing its stated intended function.

The warranty does not cover compatibility mistakes, improper installation, unsuitable fasteners or mounting surfaces, overloading, modification, normal wear, cosmetic print variation that does not affect function, misuse, neglect, or exposure outside stated product limits. Compatibility And Installation

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility, measurements, mounting requirements, and intended use before ordering. Contact VORTIXLA before purchase if fitment is uncertain.

Damage caused by incompatible use, improper installation, unsuitable fasteners or surfaces, modification, neglect, or use outside stated requirements may not qualify as a defect.

Marketplace And Sales-Channel Policies

Orders completed through a marketplace or other sales channel may also be governed by that platform's checkout, cancellation, shipping, return, and buyer-protection rules. Where a platform rule controls a transaction, follow the instructions provided with that order.
