Quality Guarantee
VORTIXLA LLC designs, prints, and inspects VORTIXLA products in the USA. Each standard product is visually reviewed for overall print quality and basic intended function before shipment. Additive manufacturing naturally creates visible layer lines and minor cosmetic variation; those characteristics are not defects when they do not affect fit, strength, or intended function.
90-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty
The original purchaser of a standard VORTIXLA product receives a limited workmanship warranty for 90 calendar days beginning on the documented delivery date. Product-specific written coverage may provide a longer period, but never a shorter period unless clearly disclosed before purchase.
What Is Covered
- A verified printing or manufacturing defect that prevents the product from performing its stated intended function.
- A material or assembly defect present when the product was delivered.
- A supplied component that is missing or incorrect when compared with the product listing or order confirmation.
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect product selection, incompatible tools or batteries, or use with an unidentified model or platform.
- Improper installation, unsuitable fasteners, weak or inappropriate mounting surfaces, or failure to follow product guidance.
- Overloading, impact, drops, modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, or use outside the product's stated purpose or limits.
- Heat, chemical, moisture, ultraviolet, or environmental exposure beyond limits stated in the product information.
- Normal wear, discoloration, surface marks, layer lines, or cosmetic variation that does not affect intended function.
- Damage caused by another product, carrier handling, theft, loss, or events outside VORTIXLA's control.
- Design problems contained in a customer-supplied model or file for custom-print work.
Custom And Made-To-Order Work
Custom prints are covered for verified manufacturing errors that differ from the approved file, material, quantity, or written production agreement. The warranty does not guarantee that a customer-supplied design is suitable, safe, dimensionally correct, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Any project-specific written agreement controls if it provides different coverage.
How To Make A Claim
Contact VORTIXLA within the applicable coverage period through the Contact page, by email at support@vortixla.com, or by phone at 1-888-298-1029. Include the order number, product name, delivery date, a clear description of the issue, and photographs showing the product and problem.
Keep the product and all relevant components until VORTIXLA completes its review. VORTIXLA may request additional information, troubleshooting, measurements, or return of the product.
Available Remedies
For an approved claim, VORTIXLA may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, provide replacement components, or issue a partial or full refund. The appropriate remedy depends on the issue, product availability, and applicable law. VORTIXLA covers reasonable shipping required for an approved warranty remedy.
Relationship To Returns And Legal Rights
This warranty is separate from the 30-day return process described in the Shipping & Returns Policy. It does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
