Buyer Confidence

Products & Fitment

Quick answers to help confirm the right product before you order.

How do I know a product will fit my tool or charger?

Final product listings will identify the supported platform, model family, dimensions, or intended size range before ordering opens. Review the Compatibility Guide, or contact us if you want help comparing a planned product with your setup.

Are mounting screws included?

Included components and recommended mounting hardware will be stated on each final product listing. Unless a listing specifically says hardware is included, plan to use fasteners appropriate for your wall, shelf, bench, or panel. See the Installation Guide for general guidance.

Can these be installed vertically or under a shelf?

Many VORTIXLA products are designed for flexible workshop mounting. Always follow the product listing and installation guidance for the safest orientation.

What if I am not sure which version I need?

Contact us before ordering. We would rather help confirm the right fit up front than have you receive the wrong product.

Build Quality

Materials & Quality

Built for practical use, clean presentation, and dependable everyday performance.

What material do you use?

Most VORTIXLA products are printed in PETG, selected for durability, impact resistance, and everyday workshop use. Read more about our materials and PETG.

Why PETG instead of PLA?

PETG is generally better suited for functional parts because it offers stronger heat resistance and toughness than standard PLA. The Materials Guide explains the practical differences.

Are products inspected before shipping?

Yes. Every product is visually inspected and checked for overall print quality before it is packed for shipment.

Will these hold up in a garage environment?

VORTIXLA products are intended for real workshop, garage, and tool-wall use. Product pages identify any special use limits when needed.

Do you print in PLA?

PLA may be used for lighter-duty applications, display-focused projects, prototypes, or parts where heat resistance and long-term workshop durability are less critical.

Can you recommend the right material for my print request?

Yes. VORTIXLA can review the project details and recommend a material based on strength, environment, use case, timing, and finish expectations.

Yes. When tracking is available, it will be provided after the order ships.

Where do you currently ship?

Shipping availability may vary by product and sales channel. Current options will be shown during checkout.

Buyer Protection

Returns & Warranty

Clear coverage for eligible returns and verified workmanship defects.

How long do I have to request a return?

Eligible standard products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and returned through the approved process.

Is there a restocking fee?

No restocking fee applies to an approved return that meets the return conditions. Original and return shipping are generally not refundable for non-defective returns.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

Standard VORTIXLA products include a limited 90-day warranty covering verified manufacturing defects that prevent the product from performing its stated intended function.

What is not covered?

Compatibility mistakes, improper installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces or fasteners, overloading, modification, misuse, normal wear, and cosmetic print variation that does not affect function are not covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact VORTIXLA within the coverage period and provide the order number, product name, description of the issue, and clear photos. See the complete Warranty & Quality Guarantee.
