These terms are provided by VORTIXLA LLC, doing business as VORTIXLA. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
Website Information
VORTIXLA works to keep website information accurate and current. Product concepts, availability, materials, dimensions, compatibility, pricing, processing estimates, and sales channels may change without notice. Images may include renders, prototypes, or representative examples unless identified as final production photography.
Orders And Sales Channels
Orders may be completed through a marketplace, payment provider, or other active sales channel linked by VORTIXLA. The checkout terms, payment rules, taxes, shipping options, and buyer protections of that channel also apply. If those terms conflict with general website information, the terms shown at checkout control the transaction.
Catalog previews, planned launch prices, product-update signups, quote requests, and payment-link placeholders are not accepted orders or reservations. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and VORTIXLA or the applicable sales channel issues an order confirmation. VORTIXLA may cancel and refund an order affected by a material pricing, availability, compatibility, or listing error.
By completing checkout, submitting an order, approving a custom quote, or using a linked sales channel to buy a VORTIXLA product, you agree to the product listing, these Terms, the Shipping & Returns Policy, the Warranty & Quality Guarantee, and the Privacy Policy to the extent they apply to that transaction.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges and applicable taxes shown during checkout unless a specific promotion or written agreement states otherwise. VORTIXLA will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.
Compatibility And Installation
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, mounting requirements, and intended use before ordering or installation. Contact VORTIXLA before purchase if fitment is uncertain.
Use suitable fasteners, mounting surfaces, installation methods, and safety practices for the environment. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, loose, deformed, or unsuitable for its intended load.
Product Safety And Vehicle Use
VORTIXLA products are functional accessories for organization and storage. They are not safety devices, original equipment manufacturer parts, or substitutes for manufacturer instructions. Do not use a product where it may interfere with driving, visibility, airbag deployment, seat belts, seat movement, headrest function, child safety seats, vehicle controls, electrical components, ventilation, or safe operation of any tool, vehicle, or work area.
Products should be inspected before installation and during use. Stop using a product if it cracks, loosens, deforms, shifts, overheats, or no longer fits securely. The customer is responsible for confirming that the installation location, load, fasteners, and surrounding environment are suitable.
Damage, Misuse, And Stored Items
To the extent permitted by law, VORTIXLA is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or replacement cost caused by improper installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, overloading, impact, vibration, heat exposure, modification, misuse, incompatible items, customer-provided files, or use outside the product's stated intended purpose.
Items placed in or on a VORTIXLA product remain the customer's responsibility. Confirm that tools, batteries, phones, cups, hats, accessories, and personal items fit securely and are appropriate for the product, vehicle, shop, or work area where the product is used.
Custom-Print Requests
Submitting a custom-print request is an inquiry only. It is not an accepted order, binding quote, production commitment, or guarantee that a project can be manufactured. A project proceeds only after VORTIXLA reviews the requirements and both parties agree to the final scope, price, material, timing, and delivery terms.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use, reproduce, modify, and have manufactured any design, model, file, image, logo, trademark, or other material you provide. VORTIXLA may decline projects that appear unsafe, unlawful, infringing, misleading, restricted by license terms, or outside available capabilities.
Reviews And Submitted Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. When you grant publication permission, you give VORTIXLA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, reproduce, and use the submitted name, product, rating, review text, and related non-confidential content for website, product, customer-service, and promotional purposes.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, private, or unrelated material. VORTIXLA may verify, decline, edit for formatting or obvious errors, or remove submitted content. The meaning of a review will not be intentionally altered.
Design Rights And Attribution
VORTIXLA respects the rights of designers, artists, brands, and intellectual property owners. Unless a product is specifically identified as an original VORTIXLA design, the underlying 3D model, character, artwork, logo, brand, product shape, or design concept may belong to its original creator or rights holder.
When VORTIXLA prints, modifies, photographs, lists, or sells an item based on a third-party file or customer-provided design, VORTIXLA does so only when it believes the applicable license, customer authorization, or written permission allows that use. Where attribution is required by the applicable license or permission, VORTIXLA will provide attribution in a reasonable location.
Minor changes such as scaling, color selection, material selection, personalization, mesh repair, print preparation, support work, or fit adjustments do not make a third-party design an original VORTIXLA design. Purchase of a 3D-printed item does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated in writing.
Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content, a product listing, a photograph, a model reference, or a printed item offered by VORTIXLA infringes your copyright, trademark, patent, design right, license, or other intellectual property right, contact support@vortixla.com with enough detail for VORTIXLA to review the issue.
Please include your name and contact information, identification of the work or right at issue, the page or item involved, a statement explaining your authority to act for the rights holder, the action requested, and any license, registration, file source, or ownership information that supports the request. VORTIXLA may remove, disable, revise, or pause a listing while it reviews a credible complaint.
VORTIXLA Intellectual Property
The VORTIXLA name, logos, website design, original text, original product designs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by VORTIXLA or used with permission. They may not be copied, sold, republished, reverse engineered, or used to create confusingly similar products or branding without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, abuse forms, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

The warranty does not cover compatibility mistakes, improper installation, misuse, modification, normal wear, or use outside stated requirements.
