Custom printing works best when the file is already designed and ready for production. VORTIXLA reviews each request before accepting the job because print time, material behavior, layer direction, strength needs, surface quality, and end use all matter.
- STL, 3MF, or similar model type and approximate part size.
- Quantity, preferred color, desired material, and expected use.
- Indoor, garage, workshop, light outdoor, or display environment.
- Strength, heat, mounting, fit, or cosmetic expectations.
- Lead time needs and whether the project is a one-off or repeat order.
Before You Submit
Please do not send confidential, regulated, dangerous, weapon-related, or restricted designs. VORTIXLA may decline projects that are unsafe, unsuitable for the equipment, outside current production capability, or not a good fit for the intended use.
If your project is a good fit, VORTIXLA will provide instructions for sending the file and confirming production details. A request is not an accepted order until the project has been reviewed and approved.
